Responsibility
- due to continued growth we are looking for a yard operative/fitter to join our UK team
- in fact, to any industry requiring liquid handling solutions
- rain for Rent® International is a leading provider of temporary liquid storage solutions. Our high-quality Equipment such as tanks, filtration units, pumps, retention systems and safety products are a big part of our fleet
- rain for Rent® is a family-owned company that has been operating in the United States since 1934, and has a proven track record in engineering liquid storage systems and an unrivalled reputation for handling complex projects safely, reliably and cost-efficiently
- in addition, Rain for Rent® International has been operating in Europe since 2014, supplying mobile storage tanks, filtration units, spill containment systems and safety accessories to the petrochemical and chemical industries, as well as the construction, environmental and civil sectors
- monitor Health and Safety compliance of our equipment
- ensure daily loading standards are met, with a focus on safety and security
- assist the Yard Manager with day to day duties
Requirements
- mechanical Fitting Knowledge
- FLT License
- the ability to co-ordinate daily activities and oversee the Yard
- driving licence
- previous Knowledge of the rental sector would be desirable
- fabrication: 1 year
- A qualification to Level 3 in Mechanical Fitting would be an advantage
