  • lead and support a small team of engineers, ensuring high standards of service
  • perform fault finding, repairs, and troubleshooting on electrical systems
  • ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
  • assist in planning maintenance schedules and managing workload distribution

Requirements

  • fully qualified electrical engineer
  • strong experience in electrical building services maintenance
  • previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within FM is desirable
  • good understanding of health & safety regulations
  • electrical Maintenance : 5 years
