- liaise with external debt recovery companies and legal advisors for recovery of overdue invoices / bad-debts
- negotiate & arrange fleet insurance covers in cooperation with the Business Operations Team
- manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
- lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff to achieve operational excellence
- monitor key performance indicators to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- proven experience in a similar position within the industry
- previous experience of working in a hybrid-model; with local and overseas teams
- strong understanding of financial regulations, data protection laws and and best practices
- proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making
- exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous
- accounting software: 2 years
