- proven experience in a Quality Manager role or similar position in this industry
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail
- relevant qualifications in Quality Management or related fields would be advantageous
Responsibility
- adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, quality & the environment & to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
- producing of documentation for site Inspection and Test Plan and health and safety
- undertaking periodic audits of the Quality Management Systems and measuring performance against in –house and external standards, analysing weaknesses and implementing continual improvement of product quality, which may include streamlining working practices to improve productivity
- other duties may be undertaken which are commensurate with the scope of this role
- awareness and adherence to all Quest health, safety, environmental, equality and diversity policies and any other such policies as are in force at the time of writing
- compilation of site health and safety reports, as set out in in line with contractual requirements
