  • to work as part of a team in addition to working independently
  • to work collaboratively and liaise with clients, contractors and other consultants
  • to undertake design coordination, clash detection and carry out checks of 3rd party specialist design
  • flexibly meet the requirements and deadlines of multiple projects simultaneously
  • positively uphold QDA standards and best practices
  • implement and ensure compliance with latest building legislation and health and safety regulations
  • actively identify, understand and implement any regulatory changes
