Responsibility
- you will work within a small team in a clean environment assembling thermocouples from various components
- you will be punctual and will have a strong work ethic and be highly diligent and be focused on providing high quality products and meeting production targets
- the company is focused on Continuous Improvement /Lean manufacture therefore we are looking for someone who is forward thinking and able to suggest improvement ideas
Requirements
- previous experience in a production assembly process would be beneficial
- good hand- eye coordination and an attention to detail
- previous experience using basic hand tools incl soldering would be beneficial
- an understanding of the importance of quality and providing exceptional customer service
- understanding the important of Health & Safety within the work place is important
- an understanding of continuous improvement methods and procedures would be beneficial
- good team player and communicator but also the ability to work from own initiative
