Responsibility
- this is a permanent full-time position
- seeking experienced Bookkeeper ideally with knowledge of Xero, a positive attitude and good communication skills. We are a growing business with an exciting future
- this position is to be conducted in part from our Head Office in Cheltenham and in part remotely
- xero and to provide financial reports to the Directors
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years’ experience
- excellent working knowledge of Xero
- accurate data entry skills
- experience of using Xero Purchase Orders to provide Project Costing
- ensure purchase orders are used and accurately project costed
- excellent communication skills
- demonstrable experience in invoice finance and mechanics of day to day management of the system
- creating accounts for new customers in Xero
