PURPLE DOVE RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:
housekeeper
Responsibility
- to ensure management and implementation of safe working procedures and practices in accordance with Health and Safety legislation
- deep clean the kitchen cupboards, fridge/freezer, microwave and high/ low level dusting every 2 weeks
- to prepare snack as agreed with the management team, observing children’s special dietary needs where appropriate
- to decant and portion the meals delivered by Care Catering for both rooms
- take and record food temperature for meals delivered by Care Catering
- to deliver food/ snack, crockery/ cutlery to both rooms
- to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times, in accordance with The Food Hygiene Regulations, 2006, empty the kitchen bin and disposing the waste appropriately
- clean the rooms after lunch
