Requirements
- puro Accountancy is thrilled to extend its support to a dynamic and expanding firm embarking on an ambitious 3-year growth journey
- you will have full responsibility for executing the finance strategy of the firm
- partnering with a distinguished healthcare organisation with multi-site operations, boasting an annual turnover of £16 million, the collaborative effort aims to propel the company towards a £26 million milestone within the next three years
- as the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in this strategic endeavour, you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, steering the finance function's growth, and fostering a resilient team that embraces change
- the role entails not only financial leadership but also a key position as a business partner across the group, embodying values of collaboration, innovation, and integrity
- as this is an SME environment you will have a broad remit encompassing everything from supporting with creating budgets and forecasts, financial planning, preparing management and statutory accounts, managing invoicing, payroll and expense processes, to implementing change, including the streamlining of processes and automation
