- recruit, select, train and develop staff as required
- ensure dealer standards are met and systems and procedures are complied with, whenever commercially viable
- maximise customer satisfaction by treating everyone as an individual and delivering an exceptional service experience
- provide guidance, training and appraisals to each of the Service team to encourage a forward-thinking attitude which will help them achieve their full potential
- encourage all staff to recognise additional business opportunities through the use of regular briefings and the implementation of appropriate systems and incentives
