Requirements

  • aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving complex issues through Root Cause Analysis
  • detailed understanding of Change Management processes and procedures
  • ability to follow procedures system documentation and track issues through appropriate entries into a Service Desk Ticketing system
  • demonstrate good judgment and instincts in decision making
  • capable of actively engaging and working collaboratively with other support teams to drive resolution of problems encountered
  • knowledge of BMS systems
  • good understanding of PPM/CAFM systems
