Responsibility
- proactively managing own workflow and following processes to meet deadlines
- keeping member communications up-to-date and compliant
- obtaining and checking data from clients and providers

- recognising possible improvements in processes and suggesting these to your line manager
- accurately completing and maintaining relevant records, including s filing documents correctly
- provides administration support to Financial Planners to enable them to provide their clients with outstanding service, including personalised financial planning advice, to meet the client's needs, ensuring fair outcomes always
