  • experience in leading a setting which has completed the curiosity approach accreditation
  • at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting
  • 3 Years as the Manager of a Good/Outstanding Early Years setting
  • friendly and flexible approach at work which facilitates the development of effective relationships
  • have taken a setting through a recent OFSTED and achieved a Good or Outstanding
  • strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and relevant legislation
  • paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications

Responsibility

  • drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of childcare services
