Responsibility
- ensuring effective project planning, allocating work and managing relationships to ensure that F3 is achievable within specified time and resource constraints
- preparing business cases, compiling feasibility studies, producing project documentation and reporting on project delivery, all using agreed project governance frameworks
- coordinating internal delivery across teams with input from external consultants/ contractors, and managing stakeholder relationships
- leading, motivating and managing project team members to ensure that work progresses in line with plans; collaborating effectively with other project teams; resolving conflict and mediating acceptable solutions between parties
- working with the Communications team to ensure an effective strategy is prepared and that key messages are communicated to stakeholders at appropriate times, and any consultation or engagement is meaningful and effective
