Responsibility

  • office/Accounts Administrator

Requirements

  • have experience in Sage or Brightpay Payroll and dealing with company pension requirements
  • have experience in the reconciliation of all major control accounts(e.g. Sales and Purchase Ledgers, Bank accounts, PAYE, VAT etc
  • have experience in completing Revenue submissions
  • have experience in dealing with normal office administration including invoicing and credit control
  • have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable liasing with customers and suppliers
  • general duties including answering telephones and booking MOT Appointments
  • experience would be desirable but not essential. Renumeration will reflect experience
