Requirements
- A wide variety of experience resolving and diagnosing Windows 10 issues
- microsoft 365 administration
- administering Microsoft Windows Server 2016-2019 as well as basic Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge
- an understanding of TCP/IP networking and related infrastructure
- microsoft 365 Cloud Services
- knowledge of VoIP Telephony
- webhosting technologies
- IT support: 1 year
