- proven track record of delivering a coaching curriculum that focuses on holistic development
- experience in providing feedback to players and parents

- ability to build relationships, motivate, and inspire young players
Responsibility
- design and implement a comprehensive football curriculum that supports the individual growth of all participants
- provide regular, constructive feedback to pupils and parents through individual meetings and progress reviews
- assist the Head of the School of Football Programme in the selection process for new participants for the next academic year
