- to manage the daytime client support inbox, ensuring all emails are responded to within the set timeframe
- to be the escalation point for client complaints, ensuring a client focussed attitude

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar customer service role
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar managerial role
