Responsibility

  • to ensure the customer service team provide the highest level of customer service via telephone and email
  • to lead, motivate, and be a role model for the customer service team
  • to conduct regular quality control checks and report on employee performance to ensure the high achievement of the customer service team
  • to provide quality and engaging training for your team resulting in high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement
  • to manage the daytime client support inbox, ensuring all emails are responded to within the set timeframe
  • to be the escalation point for client complaints, ensuring a client focussed attitude

  • to build and maintain relationships with clients with the purpose of client longevity

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar customer service role
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar managerial role
  • experience within the telecommunications industry
  • retail sales: 1 year
