- providing the Partnerships Marketing Manager with assets for partner feedback/approval), whilst ensuring all campaigns remain on track
- supplying artwork, logos, fonts etc. to media owners
- feeding back on creative amends
- managing sign off process with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all timings are in line with deadlines
- sourcing tracking links from digital team
- working with internal teams and coordinating owned channel owned channel where relevant to amplify campaigns e.g. social, PR, CRM etc
- taking media plans and sourcing specs from media owners, and then briefing asset lists for studio team to ensure assets are made up to format and spec
