- ensure creation of export freight documentation in line with supplier and receiver requirements
- manage inventory replenishment of the main site, Huntingdon and European warehouse locations, liaising with internal and external suppliers
- prepare accurate reporting of stock positions at stored locations and forecasted needs for stock movements and replenishments
- coordinate delivery with suppliers to planned quantity replenishment needs
- as per procedure, control the entry and release of bonded warehouse stock for distribution and sale
- from forecasted sales, liaise with head office for advanced product stock replenishment needs
- stock Queries - be the go to person for all physical and system inventory queries. Investigate issues to root cause and recommend actions to mitigate
