  • support the Sales and Customer Services teams with any logistics related solutions and issue resolution
  • ensure all PBSL Group initiatives are bought into by the team and implemented accordingly

  • collaborate with the Management team in the local branch as well as the other branches to ensure sales are fulfilled to high standards across the business, updating on issues in good time where needed and working to find solutions to issues
  • raise any potential opportunities for more efficient IT solutions with Warehouse operations and be responsible for implementing changes
  • organise 3rd party logistics and monitor carrier performance for issues/ damages/ losses, liaising with the Operations Director on potential solutions and savings
