Responsibility
HR System
accurately update employee records on the HR system
ensuring the HR system is updated with relevant employee changes such as line manager changes
responsible for owning the HR system, logging and troubleshooting technical issues with the system provider and guiding and supporting employees and managers to access information efficiently ensuring compliance with GDPR
arranging exit interviews and managing the leaver process
the HR Administrator will report directly to the Head of HR; the primary objective is to provide administrative support for the HR department and wider business
being the first point of contact for all queries and routing matters to the relevant team member as efficiently and effectively as possible to ensure that a high-quality and integrated HR Service is provided
Requirements
excellent MS Office knowledge
previous experience dealing with different systems/apps/technologies
experience within an administrative role, HR experience preferred but not essential
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
