Responsibility
- conducting RCM consultancy service
- participating in pre-sale customer meetings, acting as an asset management expert to answer customer technical queries
- plant visits to collect data and documents
- providing technical support internally to the company
- managing international projects
- work closely with the sales team to engage with clients, understand their maintenance challenges, and propose RCM-based solutions. Assist in preparing technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations for potential clients
- stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and customer needs to contribute to the development of new RCM solutions and services
- risk and Opportunity Management: Proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities
Requirements
- minimum 3 years of experience working in the power or process industry
- experience working in a process operation plant environment with hands-on asset management and maintenance knowledge
- familiarity with any RCM products and preferably works with them in daily work
- strong knowledge of Asset Management/RCM methodology
- familiarity with process plant equipment maintenance strategies and able to provide sound recommendations for improvement
- project management skills
- familiarity with plant CMMS systems and be able to identify and extract useful data
