  • knowledge of the caravan, motorhome or car industry would be preferred, although full product and process training will be provided
  • the successful candidate must have the following skills and experience
  • have previously worked within an office based sales administration role or similar
  • experience in handling complaints
  • demonstrate ability to multi-task
  • good knowledge of Microsoft packages - particularly Excel
  • strong written communication skills
  • ability to deal with customers over the telephone and face to face
