Responsibility

  • as a Care Coordinator, reporting to the Registered Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care for service users in the social care sector by allocating the right staff to the individual clients in accordance with their specific care needs, monitoring the quality of service by working closely with the service users: management, care managers and care workers
  • maintaining accurate records on the system, working with the office team ensuring that all data is relevant and up to date
  • assigning care workers to clients, whilst working within the standards and requirements of the company
  • communicating handover information to care staff and clients
