- handle the communication with external parties ; control and check their work
- monitor properties and performance on a day-to-day basis
- focus on investor requirements across all key established KPIs including financial returns, operational excellence, sustainability and smart requirements
- work closely with joint venture partners and third party service providers driving their performance, creating optimal business plans and ensuring investment performance is in-line with the business plan
- target/actual comparisons, independent check of the ongoing weekly result . Execution of any required arrangements for explanation of the deviations and presentation of the deviations in the relevant meetings
- take a leading role in the creation of the annual business planning for the responsible property and properties and align on the business plan
- development of action strategies and options taking account of market and life cycle and investor-specific investment strategies in agreement with other departments
- prepare quarterly investment updates and answering to investor ad hoc requirements
Requirements
- extensive knowledge across asset classes
- professional and positive attitude
- good knowledge of MS Office and Inventory-managing systems
- cultural fit
- historical experience in development implementation considered an advantage
- commercial acumen
- experience of presentation preparation and research
- confident decision making and ability to be proactive
