- primary Power Consulting is a high voltage engineering company specialising in electrical power infrastructure, transport and grid connections
- design, Develop and implement EHV protection and control systems
- due to continuing success and a secure sales pipeline, we are looking to recruit additional EHV Electrical Protection Engineers
- conduct detailed protection scheme studies and relay coordination
- provide technical expertise and support to project teams
- we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate EHV Protection Engineer to join our team in the UK
- perform fault analysis, testing, and commissioning of protection systems
- as well as our cross-sell markets of Transportation, Cities & Places, Advanced Facilities, Nuclear and Defence
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- proven experience working with EHV protection systems in the UK
- solid understanding of protection relays, substation design, and power system analysis
- proficiency in protection coordination software
- strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- EHV Protection: 5 years
