Requirements
- must have IT specific qualification at either A-level or Level 3 Apprenticeship, or other relevant qualifications or relevant experience

- study towards and achieve the Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship standard

- relevant experience in an IT and/or networking related role
- assist in the Trusts program of Portable Appliance Testing
- A logical approach to problem solving
- provide technical support to users both internal and external through a range of communication channels
