Responsibility
- you will play a central role in facilitating the effective running of the office
- this is a keyholder position and involves closing the site at the end of the shift
- answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
- process paper/electronic post – incoming and outgoing
- handling requests and queries
- process daily orders to satellite stores
- manage the invoice payment process
- support accountant in processing quarterly vat returns
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years Administrative experience
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A good problem solver with a can-do attitude
- administrative: 3 years
- flexible in the days you can work to suit the needs of the business - Working a 4 day week including 2 Saturdays per month . Additional hours may be required at busy times/ to cover holidays etc
