Working hours

Responsibility

  • assisting with the responsibility for managing a property portfolio of new and existing fully managed properties
  • liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisor
  • referencing and liaising with tenants and landlords
  • negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
  • arranging work and repairs to take place at properties
  • responding to urgent maintenance issue efficiently and professionally
  • serving relevant notices when necessary
  • on an occasional basis you will be attending viewings

Requirements

  • have demonstrative experience within either property management or as a lettings negotiator
  • be confident and able to work under pressure and with excellent customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with Landlords and Tenants is a must
