Responsibility
- the ideal candidate will be able to effectively provide training to all new franchisees and their ongoing support
- the role will ensure that franchisees are set up to operate effectively and their operations are monitored and reviewed throughout their Sweaty Mama journey
- the franchisee support lead will be the first point of call for support for all franchisees and will either address or signpost their queries accordingly
- premier Education Group's wholly owned business 'Sweaty Mama' is looking for a new 'Franchise Support Lead' to join their team based just outside of Chorley
- report any issues to assigned reporting manager
- sweaty Mama are Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialists. With an ethos to help women of all fitness levels to enjoy fun and effective workouts in a relaxed and safe environment alongside their children
- provide ad-hoc business reviews to struggling franchisees or those requiring support, to aid their improvement
- contribute to daily/weekly meetings to report on franchisees progress and any issues that require attention
