  • contributing to monthly management reporting and meetings
  • attending WIP meeting and providing Finance Team with updates on monthly WIP report
  • management of EUR corporate credit card and monthly expense reporting
  • project Operational Support
  • organising and running monthly Project Status Spreadsheet triage meetings
  • day to Day operational support to the European Leadership team – meeting room and accommodation bookings for quarterly meetings, organising our end of year event
  • induction/on-boarding of new Europe employees for Operational systems training
  • you will support project management and provide governance for our growing Europe team
