product designer
Responsibility
- assist the existing New Product Design team in preparation of technical artwork e.g. instructions, manuals, addendums
- designing products alongside the Designers and Product Managers
- generating and updating 3D CAD models in SolidWorks
- creating BoM and specification sheets for product lines
- assisting with concept prototyping and product inspection builds
- conduct strategic market research as necessary
- to champion the company Brand in all tasks and artifacts
- support off-site activities such as safety testing, photo shoots etc
Requirements
- degree qualification in Product Design or equivalent qualifications/experience
- ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and be a highly organized individual
- with the ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail
- you will need to demonstrate confidence, initiative, enthusiasm & excellent
- organisational skills, together with strong communication skills
- hands on approach to design, practical thinker
- product Design: 1 year
- proven ability to work as part of a small team will be crucial to success
