Currently live in balsal heath house is ok best one I've been in downfalls are no vacuum cleaner repairs take a few days to weeks...U always get that one tenant who turns into.a.wromgun. staff will knock your door and walk in.your room. Totally freaky and cheeky . Now a certain tenant has finished intimidating the immigrant man downstairs and thinks he can move on to me by nicking my items from my cupboard. He is convinced I took his milk or whatever he muttering under his breath outside my door. GAME ON
