  • speaking and meeting with clients to handle non-advice meetings. Ie helping a client complete an application form of some kind
  • progressing applications. This will involve problem solving skills and determination speaking with mortgage lenders, solicitors, pension companies etc
  • basic admin. Such as organising meeting packs for client meetings
