Responsibility

  • supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to established policies and procedures
  • conduct regular inspections of residents rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and presentable
  • train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
  • develop and implement systems to track inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • ensure that all safety protocols are followed
  • maintain records of staff attendance, work schedules, and performance reviews
