centre manager
Responsibility
- relevant sections of the company Operating Guidelines document including Facilities, Mystery shop, Training Records, Starters/ Leavers and Marketing
- facility issues, rectifying the requirements as efficiently as possible by liaising with Facilities Department
- ensuring new starter/leaver paperwork is completed correctly and the company process is followed
- supporting management in meetings with employees, performance reviews, audits and business initiatives, ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
- recording and maintaining attendance register for timely monthly submission to the Human Resources Team for payroll processing
- maintain employee training records and files confidentially
- preparing correspondence for managers including presentations, letters, reports and memorandums
- managing and coordinating all social activities within budget
Requirements
- within a similar role, demonstrating strong administration and customer service skills
- managing social media accounts and organising marketing activities/events
- managing a team, including starters/leavers, rotas, holidays, training and appraisals
- demonstrating exceptional organisation, planning and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
