  • prepare Budget/Forecast for H/O on monthly basis and review it with the Finance Manager
  • management accounts preparation of HO Cost Centre – Profit and Loss, Balance sheet reconciliations inclusive of Accruals and Prepayments, preparation/posting of monthly journals maintaining the Vehicle Stock BOOK and resolving any other accounting queries
  • sign off Bank Reconciliations, review the cash/deposit suspense Account and the Credit Card reconciliations with the Finance Manager
  • authorise Purchase orders and transactions

Requirements

  • provide crucial assistance in producing accurate and timely management accounts, whilst ensuring comprehensive support to Head office
  • create and build an effective network between the PRG Finance function and the group
  • work closely with the Finance Manager whilst at all times remaining independent and objective
