Responsibility

  • coaching on technical and managerial issues
  • about the Role
  • to act as the acknowledged conduit for all Porsche Sales business-related matters and the interface between Porsche Cars GB and the Porsche Centres Sales departments in the given region managing the balance between PCGB profitability, PC profitability and purchase customer satisfaction
  • maintain up to date copies of all visit reports on the appropriate PCGB database
  • to work in partnership with Sales Managers, Centre Principals, Regional Directors and Business Owners, communicating on key Sales business performance issues including all market representation and investment decisions whilst acting as an ambassador of the Porsche brand and upholding Porsche’s key values and philosophy
  • be responsible for managing, influencing, mobilising and developing the Sales Departments in the PCs in the region by providing feedback on performance fairly and objectively, based on clear observations and support Sales Managers and Centre Principals to ‘close performance gaps’ by providing consultation and
  • for each PC within the region complete a Sales business a plan, either annually or as required, to include prescribed outputs relating to business objectives, development activity, aftersales marketing activity, financial planning and training programmes
  • creates and implements plans and actions to improve the PC business and ensure the agreed targets and objectives are met
