- with five offices across the Furness Peninsular and South Lakes, we are one of the largest independent solicitors, estate agents and financial services providers in the area
- both positions will be full time to include one Saturday in four working 9am - 1pm

- we are looking to recruit either a lettings co-ordinator or Trainee / Property Manager to join our busy and expanding Lettings team
- based in the Ulverston & Grange area we are looking for an individual with a resilient attitude, excellent organisational and administration skills, great problem solving and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of clients
- the Lettings Co-ordinator role will be mainly office based, supporting our Property Managers with marketing, tenant, and landlord liaison, handling applications, arranging Tenancies, and dealing with a range of queries throughout
