  • perform content changes and data-driven improvements across online and offline media relating to the 4P’s
  • produce and publish institutional and informational content to a high-quality and accuracy
  • manage the full product lifecycle from launch, including ongoing data-driven optimisation and re-merchandising
  • expediently and diligently address and resolve marketing tickets via JIRA
  • building and sending of market-leading email marketing programmes to a high standard with a view to constant development and improvement
  • monitor advertising and website performance, providing reports
  • delivery of day-to-day trading activity to meet KPIs set by the Marketing Services Team Leader – supporting with regular sales reporting and commercial analysis of activity as required
