Responsibility
- ownership of advertising and marketing efforts of eCommerce Platforms to drive traffic and increase CVR
- set objectives and schedules for marketing plans across email, SMS, affiliate marketing, content marketing and social media
- spearhead marketing campaigns and implement strategies guided by and collaborating with the buying team
- liaise with teams internally and externally to create marketing material ensuring we have everything we need to activate our marketing plans
- manage relationship with our PPC and CRO agency and evaluate all strategies and campaigns to ensure ROI is maximized
- conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and implement project plans
- lead customer research, market condition and competitor analysis to improve our strategy
- gather and analyse data to determine the best marketing practices
Requirements
- expert knowledge of the eCommerce world and landscape
- experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive or similar platforms
- proven track record of delivering and measuring strong commercial results
- demonstrated success in managing an eCommerce business
- digital marketing: 2 years
- marketing: 2 years
- bachelor’s Degree and above in business or marketing preferred; 3+ years work experience; Proven experience working in global brands/agencies; proven experience working with digital marketing platforms
