Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Responsibility
- you will report to the Board of Directors and attend regular meetings with the board, coaches, teachers, parents etc., as required
- support the continued recruitment of new swimmers, whilst moving existing swimmers through the learn to swim stages
- maximise pool usage to achieve cost effectiveness
- the role will include the day-to-day operations of the swimming programme, with an initial strong focus on the learn to swim offering
- support the Head Coach in managing the performance of the PL coaching team
- this role is a relatively recent addition to the club and will continue to evolve as the club develops, offering the post holder an exciting opportunity to grow the role and be instrumental in the continuing success of one of the country’s leading swimming clubs
- support the Board in its strategic management of the club
- the management of the Little Leander learn to swim programme, increasing numbers of participants and enabling, where appropriate, the smooth transition of swimmers into the Plymouth Leander junior squad programme
