plenitude Consulting is a niche Financial Crime Compliance consultancy providing specialist consulting and advisory services. We are looking to expand our KYC Managed Services team and are looking for an experienced Team Manager
team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of remediation specialists, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success
project Management: Oversee the delivery of remediation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, considering project priorities, team capabilities, and workload distribution
reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, project documentation, and other relevant materials to communicate project status, key findings, and recommendations
process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and automation to optimise remediation efforts and deliver better outcomes
Requirements
this is an inside of IR35 contract position, our working model is 3 days a week in the office
previous Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing the delivery of remediation projects within the financial industry
compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of KYC, transaction monitoring, and operational KYC case load processes, including relevant regulations and best practices
leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team to achieve project goals
analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions
communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
