Responsibility
- plenitude Consulting is a niche Financial Crime Compliance consultancy providing specialist consulting and advisory services. We are looking to expand our KYC Managed Services team and are looking for an experienced Team Manager
- team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of remediation specialists, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success
- project Management: Oversee the delivery of remediation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, considering project priorities, team capabilities, and workload distribution
- reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, project documentation, and other relevant materials to communicate project status, key findings, and recommendations
- process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and automation to optimise remediation efforts and deliver better outcomes
Requirements
- this is an inside of IR35 contract position, our working model is 3 days a week in the office
- previous Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing the delivery of remediation projects within the financial industry
- compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of KYC, transaction monitoring, and operational KYC case load processes, including relevant regulations and best practices
- leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse team to achieve project goals
- analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions
- communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
