Responsibility
- promote and sell the highest standards of care and service
- identify and capitalise on underutilised opportunities, understanding the business needs and targeting the correct clients to generate sales
- responsible for the development, growth/operational performance of your branch, ensuring the business grows sustainably in line with targets and KPI’s
- develop and manage relationships with clients
- assessing the needs of new clients and tailoring an individual service to meet their expectations and requirements
- cover Out of Hours Service on a Rota Basis
- accountable for your individual compliance ensuring CQC regulations, company policies and practice are maintained and promote the company’s vision culture and values
- A good knowledge of the geographical areas covered by The Group or a willingness to learn
