- to work with the Head of Services and the Finance team to produce an annual budget plan
- to manage a planned maintenance programme arising from internal and external surveys; within an agreed budget
- liaise with specialists including property and Health and Safety specialists where required
- to ensure on site property inspections are completed and reported as required
- work collaboratively with other services managers and contractors to minimise void rent loss
- responsible for the management of the Property Service team ensuring service functions are completed within budget and in a timely manner
