Requirements

  • proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • excellent culinary skills with a passion for cooking and creativity in menu development
  • demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervision
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
  • strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences
