Responsibility

assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the entire process

maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings using administrative skills

Requirements

proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred but not essential for motivated individuals willing to learn
strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
administrative skills to maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently
multilingual abilities are advantageous in catering to a diverse clientele
A valid real estate licence is required
A strong understanding of the local property market is beneficial but not mandatory
