- collaborate with the management team to develop and update menu offerings, taking into consideration customer preferences and seasonal availability
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with health department regulations
- as the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
- proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- in-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- familiarity with food and labor cost control procedures to maximize profitability
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and suppliers
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
