Responsibility

• answer all calls and either transfer to correct person or take a message and email to relevant person with the callers name/company name/message and contact details
• ensure reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times with regular walk rounds
• order stationary, groceries and maintenance materials when required by building manager

• sign ALL visitors in/out
• organise keys and access cards/fobs for new tenants
• assist building manager with regular building walk rounds to ensure all fire exits are kept clear and free from obstruction at all times
