act as first line response for daily IT requests through the Group’s online helpdesk software and dealing with any queries. Using the helpdesk software to escalate requests or jobs to relevant other IT technicians
keeping abreast of changing legislation in this area and working with the team to change processes or systems to remain compliant
ability to use the Group’s remote access software to manage and deal with basic 1st level jobs and provision of remote support to sites further away from their base location
